Description
With a motor diameter of 35 mm, the motors of this series can be installed in 60s and 70s octagonal shafts as well as various round shafts. The modern clipping motor head ensures quick and easy assembly. If the preset running direction is wrong, the radio motor recognizes it and automatically assigns the up/down button on the emitter correctly.
The obstacle detection is activated when the roller shutter encounters an obstacle while moving downwards, e.g. children's toys, garden furniture or potted plants. The motor stops immediately and retracts automatically to protect the hanging and the obstacle. The blocking detection reacts if the roller shutter is suddenly subjected to a heavy load during the upward movement, e.g. in winter when the roller shutters are icy or frozen (anti-freeze protection). Here too, the motor stops immediately and moves back to relieve the roller shutter and window sill. This function protects both the motor and the hanging.
The limit positions are set fully automatically during commissioning and are readjusted after every 120 cycles. This makes sense because roller shutter hangings are exposed to large temperature fluctuations and therefore expand or contract. The limit positions must therefore be readjusted, which this motor - electronically controlled - does for you. The position of the upper limit position can be adjusted in 10° increments so that the curtain is never under tension and is individually tailored to your needs.
Many functions can be adjusted by remote control or manually using an external setting button (additional 25 cm long cable on the motor head) or with the setting cable item no. HR130020 and partly also deactivated. It is controlled by radio remote control or via APP in combination with the heicko Smart box or the heicko Smart Stick.
Note:
This motor may only be used with rigid shaft connectors (anti-lift devices). These are burglar-resistant because the curtain cannot be pushed up. Additional stoppers or angle rails are required on the curtain for automatic limit position adjustment. Obstacle detection is not recommended for smaller windows or split blinds (obstacle detection can be disabled).
Special highlights:
• Automatic limit position adjustment
At the push of a button, the motor searches for the two limit positions and saves them automatically. Of course you can also set the limit positions manually according to your individual needs.
• Automatic calibration of the limit positions
After 120 cycles - up/down movements - the motor deletes its limit positions and resets them. This ensures an always exact upper position of the roller shutter bottom bar. (This function is optional and can be switched off by manually setting the limit positions.)
• Automatic adjustment of the upper end position in 10°, 20° or 30°
In the standard setting, the motor clears the upper limit position
(20°) and saves this limit position. This protects your roller shutter
unnecessary material wear. (Optionally, the motor can also be set to 10° or 30°. The default setting is 20°.)
• Automatic obstacle detection with reversing function
The motor detects obstacles in the downward movement, stops and drives back. This protects the roller shutter, the motor and the obstacle. (The obstacle detection and/or reversing function is optionally switchable.)
• Automatic blockage detection with reversing function
The motor detects a blockage in the upward movement, e.g. when the roller shutter is frozen. He stops, drives back and relieves the hanging.
• Automatic direction detection
After the motor has recognized and saved its limit positions the button assignment on the emitter is automatically assigned correctly.
Scope of delivery:
• Electronic tubular motor
• Pre-assembled adapter set for 60 mm octagonal shaft
• Adapter clipping head in square mount
• German manual with assembly instructions
